Returns

Because each item is custom-produced for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Choosing the wrong size or color
A change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Personal preferences regarding fit or style

Please carefully review the product description, color selection, sizing chart, shipping address, and other order details before completing your purchase.

Please contact Copper Donkey within 10 days of delivery if your order arrives:

damaged, defective, misprinted, in the wrong size, color, or product due to a production error, different from what you ordered due to a fulfillment mistake.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, the printed design, and the problem. Additional photographs or a short video may be requested when needed to evaluate the issue.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, the affected item may qualify for a complimentary replacement or a refund. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item. Please do not mail an item back unless Copper Donkey specifically instructs you to do so.

Minor variations that are considered normal within the printing or manufacturing process may not qualify as defects.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. Orders can sometimes be changed or canceled before they are submitted for production.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. This includes changes to the product, size, color, design, shipping method, or delivery address.

Comfort Colors® 1717 tee measurements are as follows

Small measures 18¼ inches wide by 26⅝ inches long
Medium measures 20¼ inches wide by 28 inches long
Large measures 22 inches wide by 29⅜ inches long
XL measures 24 inches wide by 30¾ inches long
2XL measures 26 inches wide by 31⅝ inches long
3XL measures 27¾ inches wide by 32½ inches long.

Measurements are taken with the shirt laid flat, with width measured from armpit to armpit and length measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Production and Shipping

Estimated delivery dates include the time required to produce your item (est. 24-36 hours) and the time required for the shipping carrier to deliver it (est. 2-7 business days). All production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside Copper Donkey’s control.

Tracking information will be provided after your order ships whenever tracked shipping is available. Some shipping services may provide limited tracking updates.
