Refund policy

Every CopperDonkey T-shirt is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because the products are printed on demand through a production partner, I do not maintain mass inventory or ship from a traditional warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is custom-produced for your order, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Choosing the wrong size or color

• A change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Personal preferences regarding fit or style

Please carefully review the product description, color selection, sizing chart, shipping address, and other order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

Please email info@copperdonkey.com within 10 days of delivery:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

• In the wrong size, color, or product due to a production error

• Different from what you ordered due to a fulfillment mistake

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, the printed design, and the problem. Additional photographs or a short video may be requested when needed to evaluate the issue.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, the affected item may qualify for a complimentary replacement or a refund. I respond to claims within 2 business days, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item. Please do not mail an item back unless CopperDonkey specifically instructs you to do so.

Minor variations that are considered normal within the printing or manufacturing process may not qualify as defects.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact me immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. Orders can sometimes be changed or canceled before they are submitted for production.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. This includes changes to the product, size, color, design, shipping method, or delivery address.
