Shipping policy

Every CopperDonkey T-shirt is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because the products are printed on demand through a production partner, I do not maintain mass inventory or ship from a traditional warehouse.

Production and Shipping

Production takes 24–36 hours, and delivery takes 2–7 business days.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside CopperDonkey’s control.

Tracking information will be provided after your order ships whenever tracked shipping is available. Some shipping services may provide limited tracking updates.

Shipping Addresses and Delivery Problems

Please carefully review your name and complete shipping address at checkout. CopperDonkey is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

When an order is returned to the sender or cannot be delivered because of an address error, additional production or shipping charges may be required to send a replacement.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, your building management, and the shipping carrier. Contact me promptly if you still need assistance.
